Collection
FREE collection from Darlington, UK, by prior arrangement.

UK Mainland gaming PC orders are sent using DPD Next Working Day Delivery once your system has been completed, tested and is ready for dispatch.

Northern Ireland deliveries are also sent using DPD, although delivery times may be longer depending on the destination.

You'll receive tracking information once DPD has collected your order.

Please note that the delivery timeframe is separate from our build time.

 

Build & Delivery Times
Our gaming PCs are built to order. We typically aim to have your system built, tested and ready for dispatch within 5–10 working days of payment.

Occasionally, part availability, unusually high order volumes or other circumstances may extend this timeframe. If we expect a significant delay, we'll keep you updated.

 

Delivery Issues & Damage
We take responsibility for your order while it is in transit until it has been delivered to you, or to someone you have nominated to receive it.

All systems are securely packaged before dispatch.

If your order arrives with visible damage, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the packaging and any damage to the system. This allows us to investigate the issue with DPD and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Reporting damage promptly helps us with any courier claim, but does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Delivery dates provided by DPD are estimates and occasional delays can occur after dispatch.

If your delivery is delayed or there is an issue with tracking, please contact us and we'll work with DPD to investigate it.

 

Collection
Collection from Darlington is available free of charge by prior arrangement.

We'll contact you once your system is ready to arrange a suitable collection time. Please do not travel to collect your order until your collection has been confirmed.
